Momoko Homemade's Spicy Rojak Sauce - 家制香辣啰吔酱
Belacan, Prawn Paste, Sugar, Chilli and Tamarind
Way to Consume
1. Wash and chop cucumber, yam bean, guava, pineapple, green mango, rose apple (jambu air), ambarella (kedondong), hard beancurd (taukwa), chinese cruller (yau char kwai) into bite-sized pieces.
2. Combine your salad and Momoko Homemade's Spicy Rojak Sauce in a large bowl and toss to coat them evenly. Then add prawn crackers if you like (break into pieces).
3. Sprinkle generously with crushed roasted peanuts or sesame seeds.
4. Ready to serve. Yummy!
Store in refrigertor.
