Whole Salted Egg Chicken Floss with Lotus Paste Biscuit
Ingredients: flour, lard, chicken floss, lotus paste, water, sugar, salted egg
- Freshly baked to order.
- Fresh whole salted egg.
- Crispy with the thinnest crust and generous filling of chicken floss.
- Perfect balance of sweetness and savoury.
- Less sweet.
Consume within one week, put in fridge after one week and rebake when to consume.
Way to consume / Rebake:
1. Microwave or oven
2. Bake for 30 seconds to 1 minute. Let it cool 2 minutes before serving.
3. Cool to room temperature and enjoy!
