Bang Bang Kicap Char Koay Teow

It is specially brewed by using an original recipe according to the familiar Northern region taste. Most excellent when used in frying Koay Teow, fried rice, fried bee hoon and other local frying dishes. 

How to cook Char Koay Teow by using Bang Bang's Soy Sauce:

  1. Heat up wok.
  2. Add in one ladle of cooking oil.
  3. Fry shrimps until half cooked.
  4. Add in 1 teaspoon of minced garlic, 1 tablespoon of chili bowl, 10grams of bean sprouts, 100grams of koay teow, 6 pieces of cockle flesh and a few leaves of garlic chives (kucai).
  5. Stir fry until evenly mixed.
  6. Add in egg together with 1 ladle (15ml) of Char Koay Teow Sauce.
  7. Stir fry evenly again before serving.

如何用Bang Bang 炒粿条酱油来烹饪:

  1. 把锅加热。
  2. 加入1 杓子的食油。
  3. 把虾子炒至半熟。
  4. 加入1 茶匙切碎的蒜头、1 汤匙的辣椒酱、10克的芽菜、100克的粿条、6只蛤蜊、少许的韭菜。
  5. 用大火将所有食材煮炒。
  6. 打入鸡蛋,再加上1 杓子的炒粿条酱油。
  7. 用大火均匀地煮炒。
  8. 盛盘。
