Hock Seng Rojak King stall at Macallum has been in the neighborhood for 40 years at least, the business and recipe has been passed down to second generation now. Their signature sticky paste and handful of toppings has makes them distinctive from the rest. Rojak King added in dried shrimp apart from the one aforementioned, directly making them the King of Rojak and it enhance and boost the taste to the max. Rojak King's paste is very thick like eating caramel or tasting chocolate. Almost speechless, its really good!!
