Pok Oy Thong Five Spices Powder

How to cook with Pok Oy Thong Five Spices Powder:

1. Prepare approximate 600 grams of dish or meat. 

2. Add in 2 teaspoons of mixed spices powder.

3. Add on some sugar, salt and soya-sauce to taste.

4. Marinate for about ½ an hour.

Suitable for frying, roasting, grilling and etc.

 

Ingredients:

Kayu manis, buah pelaga, jintan manis, kulit limau, bunga lawang, bunga cengkih, biji ketumbar, biji pala, beras dan lada.
