Shipping Policy

In order to keep the freshness of your food at its best, we will pack and ship them off within the same day. 

 

Shipping Schedule

The cutoff date falls on every Monday 10 am of the week. On every Tuesday, our riders will collect the products from the manufacturers and repacking for shipment.


Thus, with our courier partner, you should receive your parcel latest by 3 working days for West Malaysia and 5 working days for East Malaysia. (Working days excluded weekends and public holidays) 

If your shipping area is included in Line Clear direct serve area, you will receive your parcel within 3 working days. For other shipping areas that are not included in Line Clear direct serve area, you will receive your parcel within 5 working days.

Kindly take note that weather-related shipping delays are not within our control. If we are unable to meet the estimated delivery date we shall not be liable for any losses, liabilities, costs, damages, charges or expenses arising out of late delivery.

Packaging 

We will protect all the items with bubble wrap or cardboard to prevent any damages. Thus, product weight is inclusive of packaging weight.
